Applied online. Received a phone call a few weeks later for a phone screen. A few weeks after that, received an email to check references. Following the reference check, I received an invitation to come to Houston to interview in person. In total about 20-30 people in the group. First day was presentations about the company and its history. Followed by a group activity where they broke us into smaller teams. We had to build a model from a kit, then do a presentation as to why we choose it and a mock sales pitch. The rest of the day was a tour of one of the facilities. The second day was the actual interview. Interviewed by a panel of several managers. Interview lasted about 20-30 minutes.
