It takes a long time for Weatherford to call you back as they have so many applications. I was a former employee that came back 4 years later and it still took 2 months to finish the paperwork. My boss was actively trying to hire me and spoke to me weekly through it. They are looking for people with good computer skills and that are easy-going enough to work with anyone. They will ask you what if questions and how you would respond in that situation.
