Phone screening, talk with hiring manager, 5 half an hour interviews with senior management all back to back. The last round would have been a half an hour chat with a member of the board of directors but they ghosted me before that (really classy). The questions weren't hard; they were mostly about my prior experiences and the company culture. Their answers to my questions were a little concerning though. It was clear that they were looking for someone to take on senior level responsibility but with an entry level title/pay. Additionally, every person mentioned the company was going through "growing pains". I was told that Sales was being completely overhauled and restructured and I was left with the impression that other departments were dealing with similar issues.
