I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Weave (New Delhi) in Apr 2022
Interview
Quite clear. One screening test, followed by three technical rounds, then last behavioral round.
Technical rounds are easy. Judgment more based on behavioral aspect.
HR's are awesome! They're very helpful and communicative and help you as much as possible. They need to be recognized a lot more.
Word of advice to hiring team: Insecurities can bring an organization down. Guy who takes behavioral round doesn't even looks at you and is rude. So if you want to judge someone's personality just because they're extrovert and they want to build bridges, don't shut shop. You'll be losing a lot of good talent just because an engineer says that we can't hire an individual who's "Oversmart" than the interviewer perhaps.
