Phone screen was great. However my video interview was a joke. I'm an advanced career professional (primarily in eLearning) CEO asked me uncomfortable questions about my competitive LMS work history and when I answered him, he would ask the same thing in a different way 5 min later... He also name dropped more than he answered my questions which was unprofessional. Kinda tarnished my view of their company so decided not to move on with additional interviews. If the CEO has poor morals, what is the company like?

Tough technical interview. Lots of theoretical questions, and then some simply pseudo-code questions. Better come prepared. May have homework. I really don't know what else to say. Slightly awkward people to talk to.

Interview

I received an email requesting a phone interview. I interviewed with the Support Manager. Following the interview, I was invited to interview on-site with the Support Manager, Senior Support Specialist, and the Vice President of Operations. The interview lasted 45 minutes. Aside from discussing experience, I was asked about hobbies, interests, and was given a brief QA test. The test consisted of looking at a file directory and explaining how I would test or determine functionality.
