Numerous and LENGTHY interviews and hiring process. Interviews often run 4 to 5 hours or longer I was told, meeting with numerous people and managers. Same questions over and over but from different people. Initial phone interview was not even with someone who works on site. Seemed very disjointed.
Interview was 5-6 people panel interview. General questions. It was one of the easiest panel interview that I ever had. Some of them didn't even as questions. They described the culture and made jokes.
