Webanywhere Videographer and Editor interview questions

Applied online and then you had to fill their job board called skillsanywhere to be eligible for interview. I got a interview request and asked to phone and arrange a date. I did but the Managing Directors PA said their system was down and she would ring me back later that day. She didn't, so I rang back a few days later and was told the MDs PA will ring me back after her meeting. Again, no call back. Then I got another email stating I need to enter my information in their skillsanywhere website. I sent a msg on that system saying I had already filled the info. The MD got in touch with me and arranged a date to see him. I turned up for interview and the MD was not in and they had forgotten that I was booked in for a interview. A nice marketing guy was very apologetic and interviewed me instead. The whole interview process was very disorganised and unprofessional. Didn't leave a good impression of the company as a whole.
