I tried to make myself look good, arrived earlier. HR was nice and welcoming. But the hiring manager who was the only interviewer showed up late for the interview for 10mins. I understand sometimes management needs to deal with emergency but he stared the interview without sorry or nothing. The first five minutes he was listening to me, then he started to answer the phone, and occasionally talked to me or asked me questions…. :-) No respect at all.
