Face to face interview. Technical interview with basic concepts. And questions like do you know about the company etc.. The technical round had nothing to do with the job anyway. All the best for the candidates who are appearing for the interview with this company in future.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Webcetera (Bengaluru) in May 2012

Interview

Only 1 Face to face interview. 2 managers took the interview. 1 Technical and another was gauging my personality. Technical was very easy, basic oops concepts, Software engineering concepts etc The regular questions like why do you want to join Webcetera etc... The technical round had nothing to do with my job. I was made a Script engineer (which had nothing to do with Programming).
