Interview
I applied for the Accounting Manager position online and received a call within a couple of days requesting to come in for an interview. The interview was very positive and felt comfortable with the hiring managers. They seem to be an innovative company and looking for qualified personnel to add to their staff. It is not uncommon not to hear from most employers following an interview but they followed up frequently to provide me with the status which I was appreciative of.

Interview
Applied to this position thinking it would be a good fit... get an email from HR asking me to come in for an interview without telling me where it is that I would be coming to... very disorganized from the start. Show up, sit with the hiring manager for an hour then with HR discussing the role and benefits package. All seemed pretty good but being a small little company they lacked organization and professional etiquette. I emailed them a week later to see if the role had been filled and the HR response was "we are still interviewing", weeks later never heard back! Typical!! The best was when I asked HR about the negative Glassdoor reviews and the lady replied "nobody writes good reviews on Glassdoor!"
