Weber Shandwick Intern interview questions

I applied online and got a phone call to come in for an interview early the next week. I came in for an initial interview with one person from HR, and then moved to another room the same day with 4 people for a group panel interview. I was then told they would be sending me a take-home writing via e-mail (test had a 2 hour limit), which I took the next day. I was asked back the day after that for a second interview with a senior VP, and was then hired a day or two after. The process was pretty smooth and everyone was very nice, but the writing test was a bit more difficult than other writing tests I had taken. The culture of the office is pretty standard, but made of mostly women (about 90%). Hours are long, as you are expected to stay past 5 most nights.

This happened about a year ago. I've always wanted to intern at Weber Shandwick after hearing how great the corporate culture is and so I managed to secure an internship through my college department. When I arrived at the office, they sat me outside to wait for the interview. This was when I saw an intern recruitment poster plastered at the wall that lists several qualities that they expect interns to possess. I quickly remembered the qualities and internalised them into my prepared responses. When a lady showed me in to the board room, there was a panel of five interviewers instead of just one like I've imagined. Turned out they were managers/senior associates from different teams and looked pretty welcoming. They first asked me to introduce myself and started asking me questions like why I think I'll be a good intern. This was when I recalled the qualities that I had read and applied them to myself. After around 30 minutes, I was done and they each gave me their name card and showed me the way to the door while remaining friendly. It was overall an enjoyable process!
