      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Weber Shandwick (Dubai) in Jan 2023

      Interview

The interviewer was not friendly and I thought she is very unprofessional. She did not start the interview with an introduction about the company or the work. She only introduced herself very briefly and began with her questions in a very blunt way. The whole interview process made me feel like they have someone in mind for the job, it was the shortest interview I ever had in my life. I asked the interviewer a question during the 10 mins interview about developing opportunities within the company, and she immediately lashed back with the response "Asking this question means that you are not interested in working with our department". Generally, my experience was very negative and I expected a company this big to organise a proper interview.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Basic interview questions: 1. Guide me through your past work experiences 2. What do you know about social media marketing? 3. What are your salary expectations? I think these were the only interview questions I was asked.
