I took an initial call with Weber to learn more about the role after the recruiter reached out a few times. She shared the role with me and asked about my background over the phone in a quick call. I decided the role was not a fit for me and let them know that I'd like to keep in touch. One negative is I never heard back in response to that.

Interview
I had three interviews. One with HR as a screener, one with two lower level employees and one with two higher up employees. All interviews were carried out within a week. I was initially told to expect an offer but the role was filled internally.
Informal phone call, in person interview, very informal because I used to intern here at Weber Shandwick, HR is very welcoming and excited when former employees want to come back.
