Had a total of 9 interviews over almost 2 months, Some with as little notice as 24 hours notice and then weeks in-between hearing of next steps. I had met with people that disclosed that they did not know anything about the position I was interviewing for, did not have context, but were told to meet with me. In more than one of these interviews, leadership members spent most of the time expressing their own frustrations with working there. After being verbally promised the role on more than one occasion, it never came through.
