We take all feedback seriously and thank you for taking the time to provide a review. It is true that after moving into new premises in 2016 we had no managed reception desk. Since then we have made numerous improvements to environment which include: a door from reception into our lunch/break out area and we ask that employee are mindful of their surroundings when a lunchtime game of table tennis becomes lively. Our office manager is on hand to greet all visitors to the office. We run a two stage interview process as it is important that both candidate and company have enough information on which to make an informed decision. It is always our aim to hire well, rather than to hire quickly and to build a lasting employee/employer relationship.
