WebstaurantStore Customer Solutions Data Analyst interview questions

Recruiter scheduled an interview time and date. During the call, went straight to the point of the interview and began reading off scripted questions. Didn't give me a moment to think about the questions or do introductions and immediately went off to the next questions when it was done. At the end, when asked for more description about the role, they were unable to answer it because its a new role in development and that they weren't sure what they're looking for. Why have these specific role based questions when you don't even know what the role is?
