Interview
Introduction Teams meeting with hiring manager who explained more about the role and the company. A few basic questions about why I was interested and what my knowledge/interests were.
Second 'SQL Interview' with a member of the hiring manager's team. This was very poorly run. Although this member says the test is to measure real world performance this was not the case. There were also differences between what the hiring manager said the 'SQL Interview' would be about the actual test.
During the SQL Interview, the team member running it would not answer any questions and for the most part wouldn't speak. No clarification on ambiguous questions was given and curt responses such as "just read it again" were given. Very poorly run and not a real world test as stated.
Company ghosted, despite multiple follow ups.
