Interview
Before I ever even had the phone interview I was asked to complete a multifaceted test project, which should have been a red flag. It consisted of an editing project, providing a product description, two other writing samples (with no guidelines on what to write), and answering two pretty standard interview questions. I completed this and submitted it by the due date, but never received confirmation that it was received.
When it came time for the actual interview, it was clear that the interviewer was new to this. They simply read a list of your run-of-the mill questions, moving from one to the next without asking any real followup. At the end things sounded promising and they informed me of what the next steps would be, but then I received a rejection email just a few hours later.
The real kick in the teeth was that they never even gave any feedback on the test project!

Interview
Phone interview with recruiter. Questions were very basic -- the kind of generic questions everybody asks, which made me feel they were mainly trying to fill the role quickly. Tell us your greatest strength, tell us your greatest weakness, etc.
I applied online and I got an email a few days later saying they wanted to call me in for an interview. In the email, they ask for your availability and then they do not respond to you for about a week. After about a week, then they send you a second email asking if you're still available. I said yes and scheduled a time for the phone interview. Phone interview was your basic behavioral questions.
