Please run as far away from these people as you can. There are 3 different interviews that you have to go through with various leadership, and then you move onto them showing you "day to day life" in the job. Based on the "day to day" life portion of the interview, they appear to micro manage employees, are very disorganized, and have really inefficient and ineffective processes. There is also no formal HR department at all, so don't expect to talk to them either. Also, all of the Glassdoor reviews are new and are all positive which usually means the company is not all that great, and internals are trying to "boost" their ratings to get more people in the door. Run away people, run away....
