I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at WebstaurantStore (Lancaster, PA) in Sep 2017
Interview
The interview was going really well, I was in there for over two hours. They gave me a tour of the site which is definitely set up to impress.
I should have known after reading all the feedback on the whole Clark Associates umbrella what I was in for… at the end I was asked to do the DISC assessment and apparently I wasn’t dominant enough. The interview, in my opinion, was a complete waste of time.
Ironically, my current job requires quite a bit of dominance among other things. As a Flight Attendant, I must remain in control at all times. Their loss. My win. Dodged that bullet.
