-I didn't see the first call come thru and the recruiter (I assume) left a voicemail. Did not identify themselves and just said "we'd like to discuss your interest in webstaurant." -I called back and the gentleman still never even provided his name or role, and quickly asked me to do a phone interview...very odd -I was asked to come in for a face-to-face with recruiting/HR and even thru this interview NO ONE had even mentioned directly the position I applied for -Asked to return for 3rd interview with operations mgmt and they only had my resume in front of them and nothing else. -They asked me more about my current role than this role I applied for. I was OVER qualified for this role and that was clear and they even admitted it. -I was told "we are moving quickly to fill this role, so be expecting to hear from us in a week or so." - I received an EMAIL telling me that they went with other candidates -I am totally Ok with this decision, but I find it very unprofessional to send an email after THREE interviews.
