What a waste of time! Don’t even bother applying here, it’s useless, they already have an internal candidate in mind. Or better yet, if you have a scheduled interview, just don’t show up, or “ghost” on them. They do that to their candidates, as others mentioned here. My experience was similar to what others have mentioned. Great interview, they seemingly were selling me the position, all good. It was the hiring manager who interviewed me, so he I sent him a thank you note. And then nothing, he completely disappeared. I follow up in a few weeks, he didn’t respond, and then another week later I got the robotic rejection email from their HR system. So inconsiderate!
