Interviewing in 2020 has been a unique experience to say the least. Every company had different techniques and policies. I felt most comfortable with how Webster handled the interview process as it was completely digital. My interview process started on Indeed and followed-up with a phone interview with the hiring manager. From there, I had several virtual interviews over zoom with different employees I would be working with. It was a pleasure meeting the different people who would eventually be on my team, and hearing nothing but good things about the company. I am always sure to ask about company culture or what their favorite thing about working for the company is. I feel like this tells a perspective employee alot about the company. They spoke a lot about longevity which is very important to me, as I've been laid off in the past. Overall, the interview process took about a month, longer than expected due to it being virtual when typically more than one interview could be done in one visit to the office. I happily excepted the offer!
