It was a 4 part interview that took about 2 months to get through. I didn’t hear back from them for about 4 months after the last interview. They interview process was pretty good but the waiting game is always tough in a market like this.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Webster Bank (Stamford, CT)
Interview
Extremely long interview process. Don’t except rejection email, they’ll just stop
messaging you. Everyone in the interview process was very friendly and nice. Definitely worth it. Great Company and good work culture.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Webster Bank (New York, NY)
Interview
Had a phone interview with the recruiter and she passed me along to a second interview after about three weeks. The second interview was 30 minutes each with four different managers, for a total of two hours. After I passed this stage, I made it to the final step, which was a case study. The case study had me provide my recommendations to a company based on financial data over the past several years. I thought this stage went well but I was ghosted after I checked-in, following two weeks of silence. I checked in once more after another two weeks and didn't hear anything. Finally, two months after this check-in, when I had long forgot about this company, I received an automated email that they had chose another candidate. I don't mind getting rejected, I just don't like the process taking over three months before I get rejected...
