Interview
Four Rounds
Online Test (MCQs, fairly easy, 30 minutes)
Written Test (To check for grammar, and interests)
Have to wait for a few weeks to the the result of this round.
Coding Challenge (2 programs, 30 minutes each)
Personal Interview (Generally over Skype as the boss is in USA, and only after 5:30 pm)
After the personal interview you might be made an offer, if you choose to accept it you will be given a copy of Head First C# and a whole bunch of small programs to complete and submit. (Can be done from home)
After this you will be on probation for at least 6 weeks during which you can be fired if your performance is unsatisfactory.
Only after the probation period you are given an offer to be a permanent employee.

1. Onsite Coding - Code onsite about given problem statement (Basic Questions like displaying a pattern, creating a calculator, pattern recongniton, etc.)
2. Technical interview - Questions about object oriented concepts.
3. HR interview - General Questions about your family background and future plans, etc..
