The telephonic screen went well. the interview asked pretty basic data structures and algorithm question. The interviewer was in a hurry so didn't bother to spend time much time on the interview. After the phone screen, the recruiter emailed me saying that I have been selected for the next round and asked me for my availability. I provided my availability and never heard back from the recruiter. After one week and 2 follow up emails, the recruiter said that they had offered the position to somebody else. They did not have to courtesy to interview me before rejecting.
