I had two phone screens (recruiter, then senior product designer) followed buy an in-person interview with 3 separate people. I was asked to schedule the last phase of the interview process (a 3 day onsite), however, apparently someone further along in the process was extended an offer. This was the only part of the interview process that was a bummer, but I understand that things like this happen. They asked good questions to get a better idea of my design process and about my experience. Honestly, everyone I personally spoke with was professional but also kind and pleasant. No one tried to ask me trick questions or throw me off - it felt more like a natural conversation, which was great.
