It's pretty fun. You start by building a website, you go in to the office and sit with an agent for a few hours. Then you go in for the interview, and they ask you a bunch of questions. Fairly easy
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Weebly (Scottsdale, AZ)

Awful company and awful people. This company is a Wix knockoff and it shows. They tried to bring their new age crap to Scottsdale and it doesn't work here. They even tried throwing money at a problem by raising the wage but still cant keep employees. They have to lower themselves to using staffing agencies. They are snobs who think they work for Google or Apple but it is just a simple web app builder that caters to the delusional who think their business will soar with a website lol. Rude cocky interviewers male and female who seem to take joy in turning people away for $20hr LOL. I took the job for a short time as I was trying to get into my current company at 60k yr. Unbelievable that this company is still doing business as it is a mirror of WIX who has a superior product to Weebly. Get over yourselves. This company is for noobs or a temp position. If you are new and want experience the apply at Godaddy but I hear they have slipped in recent years after Bob left.
