Interview
I was put in touch with the company through a mutual recruiting contact. Their recruiter gave me a call, talked about the company and its culture, and asked me about my background and such. She was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. I later casually spoke to the VP of engineering over the phone, and was then scheduled for a technical interview.
The technical interview was easily one of the best I've been through. The interviewer asked an open-ended question (a "what would you do if..." kind of thing), not a coding question, and just listened and probed my knowledge as I spoke. Just a few minutes after the interview I was asked to come onsite for their "trial week". This responsiveness is something I noticed repeatedly in my correspondences with them.
One common theme you see at Weebly is that everyone is so reasonable. From the VP of engineering and down (I haven't met the founders yet), everyone is very rational and refuses over-complicating things. The company easily worked around my work visa stuff and did their best to accommodate my needs.
I arrived at the office for the trial week, which is a week-long project (you get to pick between the backend and frontend one) that you work on in their offices and they *pay* you for it. Everyone I met seemed genuinely nice and welcoming.
I presented my work on the last day, and was given an offer 15 mins later. It can't get faster than that. Overall, I have some things to finalize before I can accept an offer, but it would be a *very* tough decision not to accept.

The trial week project is definitely not easy. It really captures the skills they are looking for while leaving you room to show your strengths. If you don't have those skills, you will struggle.
I worked on it day and night but enjoyed every minute of it. The final presentation was short and to the point, and a small meeting was held right after to discuss my performance. A few minutes later I sat down with the VP of engineering who offered me the job.

Interview
Had one interview. Was worst interviewing experience I've ever had. Interviewer called, said her name, and immediately went into the technical challenge in a shared coding space. Not only did she then explain the question poorly with little to no elaboration, she was also chewing gum the entire time she was waiting for me to finish. Terrible interviewer, and as the interviewer is the candidates insight into the company and she gave me none, terrible company as well. Not worth the time.

Interview
Applied online, was directed to complete an online quiz. The amount of time it took was non-trivial. It's been a few weeks and no reply has been received. I'm not bitter about not receiving an offer, but I feel it's discourteous to not even issue an automated follow-up or rejection after an applicant has taken the effort to submit the quiz.

Interview
4 step process. First you'll have to talk to the recruiter, which in my case I had a great recruiter (Raul Lopez) which pretty much guided me through the process. Then technical interview (phone), then cultural interview (phone) and the last part is the "on site" trial which is basically to go and work at the offices for 3 days.

for the technical questions it was pretty much the same as everywhere else. I was a full stack so from js to db queries.
