I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Weebly (Scottsdale, AZ) in May 2015
Interview
I basically went in there, sat at a computer and took at chat test involving other employees on a group chat. I was asked questions that were not something a simpleton like me would know off hand. It was wierd and I had no way of preparing, since they didn't explain what i was going to be doing.

Interview
First is a phone interview lasting about 15 minutes then they schedule a face to face interview with two managers. They are really trying to make sure that you're a cool person with basic understanding of the internet. They are more likely to hire a relaxed person who talks to them like peers over someone with more experience who feels too sales-y or not human. Very relaxed interview-wear what you're comfortable in!
They also do a phone role play and give you pointers, don't take it as criticism. They are trying to see how well you take direction.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Weebly (Scottsdale, AZ)
Interview
The process was fairly easy. I applied on weekend and got a email response the following Monday. I found out a couple of months later that I did not get the position. The recruiter that was supposed to inform me didn't let me know until she realized I applied a second time. I applied a total of 4 times, I was instantly rejected by 2 unorganized recruiters who did not even give me a change to prove my qualifications. I still think this company is a great company, they just need to find better recruiters/HR individuals.
