I talked to a recruiter at a career fair and a couple weeks later they reached out to me to complete a ten question quiz for screening. The quiz was pretty in depth. It was split about half and half between technical questions and personal/creative questions. I submitted my response about a week after receiving it and the next day they emailed me asking if I could have an interview in two days. I accepted and had a google hangouts interview. The questions asked were all technical and covered a multitude of topics in front and back end web development. They also asked two logic coding questions at the end. The questions were very specific and I didn't know some of them. I heard back the next week saying they were moving forward with other candidates that more closely fit the technical skills they were looking for. Overall it was a good experience.

Went to the career fair, talked over my resume and was immediately called back. Asked a single javascript question and I answered the pseudocode properly and messed up on the javascript. Basically ended the interview and I was told to "go finish codeacademy and then come back next career fair."
