Interview
It starts with a phone screen. It was not too hard. If you pass you are offered a week trial to demonstrate what you can do and to see if you fit in. You also get a chance to see if you like the people/work.
I think I signed an NDA so I cannot get into specifics but they get you to do an actually pretty fun small project that lasts the week thats relevant for the position you are applying for. You demo it to the hiring committee at the end of the week.
They even pay a pretty good salary for the week you are there.
One of my favorite perks was the food. They have incredible onsite breakfast/lunch/dinners. Now that I got the job I am pretty sure I will obese shortly.
Only downside is the rent prices in SF.

Had one interview. Was worst interviewing experience I've ever had. Interviewer called, said her name, and immediately went into the technical challenge in a shared coding space. Not only did she then explain the question poorly with little to no elaboration, she was also chewing gum the entire time she was waiting for me to finish. Terrible interviewer, and as the interviewer is the candidates insight into the company and she gave me none, terrible company as well. Not worth the time.

Applied online, was directed to complete an online quiz. The amount of time it took was non-trivial. It's been a few weeks and no reply has been received. I'm not bitter about not receiving an offer, but I feel it's discourteous to not even issue an automated follow-up or rejection after an applicant has taken the effort to submit the quiz.

4 step process. First you'll have to talk to the recruiter, which in my case I had a great recruiter (Raul Lopez) which pretty much guided me through the process. Then technical interview (phone), then cultural interview (phone) and the last part is the "on site" trial which is basically to go and work at the offices for 3 days.
