      Customer Success Advocate Interview

      Jun 17, 2015
      Anonymous employee
      Scottsdale, AZ
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Weebly (Scottsdale, AZ) in May 2014

      Interview

I was interviewed in a suite at the W hotel by three lovely gentlemen. They asked a lot of questions, and were gracious and funny. They took turns with their questions, and went one after the other. It was a bit overwhelming because they were planning their next question and waiting on their associates, while I was rapid-firea nswering all the questions they were asking me.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

They asked me to explain to a layperson why a custom domain name would be preferable to a .weebly.com subdomain.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Weebly (Scottsdale, AZ) in Feb 2018

      Interview

I applied online. Part of the application is making a website with their platform. I completed it and sent it into them on January 25th. I had a phone interview within a few days with someone from San Francisco. The recruiter called 5 minutes late, but then it was fairly simple after that. Then we set up an in person interview. They told me to dress casual but didn't give very good directions on where to park. You walk in and there is a nice receptionist. You sign in on an iPad and then you get a name tag printed out. I was interviewed by three guys, all dressed casually. I was interviewed in their conference room named Fruity Pebbles. They ask you some problem solving questions but I feel they are mostly gauging your personality rather than your skill set. We also did a role play with a phone conversation about how would I recommend Weebly and sell it to somebody. I thought it was interesting that they kept saying "be yourself" and seemed put off by nervousness even though they should know everyone is trying to make a good first impression.
