Interview
The interview process was 2 days. The interview process was a little silly. I applied online to a Craigslist ad over a year ago. The ad was horrible and I figured it was a scam but a recruiter called me back the next day. After I met with the recruiter I was put in contact and scheduled an interview with the company. At first I was nervous because I did not know what to expect. At the time they had just opened up the doors to their Scottsdale office. My interviewing process went fine but I am very disappointed to see what others had to endure. I was lucky enough to not have the phone interview and have that "condescending attitude" which believe me is worse in person. No job is worth that type of treatment. The company has changed a lot in the past year and interviews were not like that. I am not sure why they act like they are so picky when 1/4 of their staff either quits or gets fired over awful training. They have people who work there who do not even know what DNS or an Incognito Window is. Makes me laugh but oh well.

Interview
First is a phone interview lasting about 15 minutes then they schedule a face to face interview with two managers. They are really trying to make sure that you're a cool person with basic understanding of the internet. They are more likely to hire a relaxed person who talks to them like peers over someone with more experience who feels too sales-y or not human. Very relaxed interview-wear what you're comfortable in!
They also do a phone role play and give you pointers, don't take it as criticism. They are trying to see how well you take direction.

Question 1
Why are you leaving your current position at -fill in the blank-?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Weebly (Scottsdale, AZ)
Interview
The process was fairly easy. I applied on weekend and got a email response the following Monday. I found out a couple of months later that I did not get the position. The recruiter that was supposed to inform me didn't let me know until she realized I applied a second time. I applied a total of 4 times, I was instantly rejected by 2 unorganized recruiters who did not even give me a change to prove my qualifications. I still think this company is a great company, they just need to find better recruiters/HR individuals.
