Interview
Interview process was described as a five step program. Application, phone call, chat with manager, on site interview with manager panel and lastly; the offer.
Email exchange is speedy and almost immediately you get a call. Seems like they are really looking to hire as much as possible in the next few weeks.
Recruiter calls you up for a 10-15 minute chat to discuss interest, qualifications and experience.
Chat is mostly applicable knowledge for the product. Technical questions one after another.
On site interview is with recruiter, as well as a manager and mid level employee. How comfortable you fit into the enviroment etc, this is really when they are checking if you fit in. I didn't get an offer but its fine. Your loss baby.

Question 1
What difficult situation with a coworker have you experiencd? how did you respond?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Weebly (Scottsdale, AZ) in Sep 2016
Interview
First is a phone interview lasting about 15 minutes then they schedule a face to face interview with two managers. They are really trying to make sure that you're a cool person with basic understanding of the internet. They are more likely to hire a relaxed person who talks to them like peers over someone with more experience who feels too sales-y or not human. Very relaxed interview-wear what you're comfortable in!
They also do a phone role play and give you pointers, don't take it as criticism. They are trying to see how well you take direction.

Question 1
Why are you leaving your current position at -fill in the blank-?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Weebly (Scottsdale, AZ)
Interview
The process was fairly easy. I applied on weekend and got a email response the following Monday. I found out a couple of months later that I did not get the position. The recruiter that was supposed to inform me didn't let me know until she realized I applied a second time. I applied a total of 4 times, I was instantly rejected by 2 unorganized recruiters who did not even give me a change to prove my qualifications. I still think this company is a great company, they just need to find better recruiters/HR individuals.
