Brief typical interview with HR asking previous employment and salaries, skills, etc,. Then video conferencing interview with hiring manager and his colleagues. Most non technical questions were asked by hiring manager. Seems to find someone who clicks with the culture and not too much with the ability to do the work. Didn't hear anything back from HR so followed up with emails and finally was able to get a call stating the company continues look for another candidates. Didn't give any feedback why I didn't get the job. That was several months ago. Looks like the position is available again.
