I applied online, spoke to the head of talent and it went very positive and I was told I would be getting an interview with head of business development the next week. I waited, no response, I followed up and got a canned automated response that they were not moving forward. If you spoke to a person you should give them the courtesy and integrity to tell them yourself instead of an automated canned email. I then saw that the position was posted again so I reached out to get feedback and I was told the position had been filled. Really, then why was it posted again, today? Misleading either way.
