Interview
Company Recruiter reached out via Linked-In. I responded and meeting was set for the next week. Positive interview with upbeat and friendly tone. Went over work history. Didn't feel like a "checklist". Was a good experience. Did not get offer, but they did let me down easy. :) Wishing them the best in their search.

Interview
Got a random email from the recruiter to setup an initial phone screen a few days later. Emails were canned -- case in point, the meeting invite indicated that they would be reaching out to me via phone, but the recruiter didn't even ask for my number or resume. I had to send it to them in advance. When I got on the phone with him, he asked me why I was interested in joining Weedmaps as though I had actually applied. Do you even remember that you emailed me first?
