Very professional and kind staff. They give you multiple chances to highlight your strengths instead of looking for any sign of weakness. I was given a phone screen, technical video interview, code challenge, and in-person interview. At every step of the process, every person involved was extremely nice and respectful. The interview covered a wide array of both technical and personal topics, and you are given many chances to ask them questions which is definitely a nice touch. All in all, I was incredibly impressed. I've done many programming interviews where it is a couple hours of being grilled with riddles and CS trivia that has nothing to do with writing good code, WeedMaps was most definitely different. Genuinely a very positive environment. 10/10 would recommend
