Interview
A recruiter reached out to me initially, and it was a multi-step interview process. I found the process to be super unprofessional. They're hiring like crazy but are still lacking organizational direction. Seems like the majority of their employees are less than a year into their careers there, making it difficult to get a clear sense of priorities and consistent answers across the board. The in-person interview took 3-4 hours and involved prep work before. Didn't receive an offer, which I was fine with, but the process left a bad taste in my mouth. I was never thanked or acknowledged for the time and effort I put into the hiring process and was given no meaningful feedback except that my interview wasn't strong enough. Appreciate a thorough interview process, but you should thank your candidates at the very least for putting in their time if you're going to ask for so much. Especially when recruiters are the ones reaching out in the first place!

Interview
Engaging, thorough, and long. I met several employees and had a case study that took me about 8 hours to complete ... but that was fine because I understood the expectations more.

Interview
Awful and long. I couldn't even tell which job I was interviewing for. And I pretty sure the hiring manager didn't know he was interviewing someone. Awful experience and I couldn't believe I accepted a job after this mess.
