Lackadaisical? The recruiter was very obviously mailing it in and then preceded to ghost for over a month before sending a generic form letter after I reached out multiple times.
Really awesome way to treat candidates in the midst of the worst economic crisis of our lifetimes, great job folks!

Question 1
Generic questions where they want you to gush over how great they are. Honestly, I've dealt with a fair share of recruiters and you would think a company so plugged into the changing landscape of cannabis would have better folks at the helm asking better questions.

Interview
An initial reach out was quick, followed up with a call with a team member and was then requested to work on a case study. This case study takes hours to complete, I submitted it and weeks went by without a word. I followed up and was told no one had looked at it yet. After another couple of weeks I reached back out and heard nothing. Don't waste your time here, it's incredible how disrespectful they are of your time.
