A very lengthy and messy interview process. It took 4 weeks to complete 3 different interviews. I was told at the end of each interview I would hear back the following day, and each time I would not hear from them for multiple days. One manager I interviewed with never made eye contact with me throughout the 30 minute interview and was so distracted the entire time. After my 3rd interview I was told that I would make a great fit and they wanted to move forward. I was again told I would be hearing back the following day to schedule the next interview and I did not hear back from them for a full week. I reached out several times for an update and then received a generic email stating they moved forward with other candidates. Very unprofessional overall.
