The first interview was with the HR Recruiter - it was a very pleasant experience. However, during the call I was advised that the next 2 rounds of interviews involved SQL and Excel testing. Given that this is not an entry level position and my many years of experience, it felt degrading to be asked to do this and a waste of my time. I declined to move further in the process.
