This was the initial screening interview with HR. I would suggest that they put a more senior HR person on the initial screening (for senior level roles such as this one) - or at least modify the questions so they are more suited for a senior level position. This was HR screening 101 and not difficult by any means, but it was a junior HR person following a script/list of questions more suited for an entry level role
