Pretty standard process, although everyone seemed new in their position. Got to the final round and decided to go with another company because of the bad reviews around senior leadership.

Was given a take home with potential client situations and asked how I would handle.
I first met with the recruiter, then I had a 2 hour interview meeting with 4 rounds of different people (managers, a panel of 4 colleagues on the team). It was long but I felt I got a better view of what the role would be. They were very nice.

Highly negative interview experience. The sales recruiter was very disingenuous, unprofessional, and struck me as unhappy for the entire duration of the call. The recruiter didn't even let me ask a single question about the job at the end of the call. From the first minute on the phone I could sense that this recruiter was just not in a good mood, and the company seemed to be struggling, so I knew this wasn't the place for me. I had no desire to continue the interviewing process after the initial recruiter call.
