Interview
Initially did a phone screen interview which was standard. I was told about the role and other roles adjacent to it which might be open as well. After which a second interview was done with the head of the department. Interview seemly went well and was told I got the green light to move on to the next phase which I was completely ghosted on. Very unprofessional. Makes you see why theres high turnover in this company.
Smooth and simple! 3 interviews. One with an HR person, one with 3 AMs and one with my future manager. I enjoyed the process and everyone I met had good things to say about the company

Very unprofessional. Recruiting did 2 interviews and scheduled a 3rd. Got completely ghosted on the 3rd interview. Makes you wonder how their internal teams operate and how they value people in general.
