Interviewer didn’t know exactly what position I was applying for. He didn’t read my resume prior to the interview either. He found out after 10 mins into the interview that I didn’t have the qualification the position required. We ended the call there. It’s something should be listed more clearly on job description so applicant wouldn’t mistakenly applied.
