The interview process was long and disorganized. I went through three separate interviews and completed a full marketing assignment that took several hours, only to be completely ghosted afterward — no feedback, no follow-up, not even a rejection email. The experience felt extremely unprofessional and disrespectful to candidates.
During the interviews, I also noticed subtle but clear signs of bias and lack of inclusivity. The tone and attitude toward certain backgrounds didn’t feel welcoming at all. This left a very negative impression of the company’s culture and values.
Overall, a disappointing and frustrating process that speaks volumes about how they likely treat their employees.
