Received an email from a Weee! internal recruiter about the role. Spent a month discussing the opportunity with first the recruiter then progressed to in-person interviews with their COO and operations team and then later Zoom interviews with the CEO and others. The overall experience and process was very positive. While the interviews did not end with an offer for the position I did receive a personal phone call from the recruiter to inform me of the decision, feedback from the team, and a sincere Thank You for my time. This was by the most feedback I’ve received from a set of interviews that did not result in a job offer. Overall good experience with the Weee! talent acquisition and executive management teams.
