Reached out by 3rd party recruiter on LinkedIn. HM just didn’t show up at the 1st interview without explanation, so I emailed HR immediately and scheduled another time. At the beginning of interview, HM apologized for missing the prior interview, and told me I was the 2nd interviewee she had that day. Only ask few accounting questions, ask some BQ and why I declined their offer few months ago. After 3 days of talking to HM, emailed me saying they are not going to move forward with me. HR is good and responsive.
